I am DEFINITELY a friend of yours! I LOVE cheese. Ever since I was little, my father has said to me, “Would you like some pasta with your cheese.” But now you see, I have a problem. I live in Thailand and the people here are not exactly cheese friends. I’m going through withdrawal. I’ve even dreamed about cheese TWICE!! Don’t get me wrong, they like it on pizza and things, but they just don’t eat much of it. So, what is a cheesefriend to do in Asia? We have two kinds of cheese here that are not too expensive Cheddar and Mozzarella. So, my question for you is: which one has more calcium? I need to get a bang for my buck. Also, which cheese has the most calcium of all cheeses per ounce? Thanks for your help cheesefriend! I love you! I look forward to your blog posts on this subject.
