old amsterdam gouda

Not much to say about it – it’s good. It’s a salty, 5-year-aged gouda. It’s the BEST GOUDA EVER. Definitely a big cheese.

arla dofino gouda

Don’t be fooled by the Italian name – this gouda is made in Wisconsin.  It tastes rather artificial and much like cheddar – what’s up with that?  I think I’ll do some research on why that is.

yancey’s fancy xxx sharp cheddar

It’s wicked good. That’s it. In fact, I’m chewing on a hunk right now.  It’s definitely a candidate for the Big Cheese Award.
